MTV gets the real story on the Portal song (spoilers, spoilers, spoilers-- go play the game first, it's only $20 on Steam) from Johnathan Coulton. I haven't played Mass Effect or Assassin's Creed yet, but right now, Portal is beating both Halo 3 and BioShock on my list for Game of the Year.
