1) Ned Lamont wins in CT, signifiying that American opposition to the "war on terrorism" is higher than ever. 2) Not a week later, a group of terrorists is arrested in Britain, conveniently showing that the war on terror is "far from over." 3) NBC reports that American officials (including Bush administration officials) pushed British authorities to
make the high profile capture sooner rather than later, even before the "terrorists" had bought tickets. It's awfully convenient, is all I'm saying.
