Christopher Nolan's new movie looks INCREDIBLE (via kottke). I totally love this 18th-century-magicians-doing-real-magic thing, starting with Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell, and continuing with an upcoming book by fellow Chicago writer Sam Weller (check out the last paragraph). Update: While on vacation, I read the book (recommended to me by none other than Audrey Niffenegger), and now I'm even more excited for the movie.
