Perfect storm today: BlizzCon roundups, patch 3.0.2 and an Apple liveblog. Think I might be busy.
Mountain goats show was a little disappointing, but he's got so much great stuff he could never play it all
On the way down to park west for the show. Feel depressed, but what else is new
Hearing you guys say (thx!) more pics and video, both of which I agree with. Maybe next year I'll have a nice HD video camera to play with.
WoW twitterati who weren't at BlizzCon: Any feedback on WI coverage? Our traffic was awesome (thanks for that), but what did you think?
kind of excited about going to see the Mountain Goats and Kaki King tonight
magic o- more magic http://is.gd/3YWB
finding it surprisingly hard to relax after a particularly busy weekend.
Man I'm tired. And cranky.
Just saw a best buy vending machine selling iPhones at LAX. Will post pics on tuaw
Catching an early flight back to chi. Goodbye blizzcon!
Finishing blizzcon with beers, and @danoh, @faince, @WoWInsider, and @danielwhitcomb at CPK in Anaheim.
finishing up coverage in the press room. I really want to go out to dinner, but this team is not moving the way I want them to.
spent the morning collecting news, now spending time in the press room writing and posting it all up. Did *anyone* make it into he Guild?
About to take pictures during the q&a panel
liveblogging the PvP panel for WI
aiming to make the most of BlizzCon day 2. Did I ever mention WoW Insider had a record day yesterday?
Waiting to talk to the guild or figureprints, whoever appears first
surprisingly few macs in the press room at BlizzCon, but then again I guess these are gamers.
just finished the UI panel, about to interview J. Allen Brack in a bit
Wow, D3 Wizard are cool and all, but that was a letdown.
There's a dental sleep medicine sales pitch going on in our hotel. Maybe I should go there instead of BlizzCon today.
Good morning, Anaheim
WoW Insider meetup was unbelievably awesome, thanks to everyone who came out -- like I said, our readers are da best, period.
Wow insider meetup is nuts, our readers are so cool
fyi folks, the WoW Insider/Joystiq crew is leaving from the Sheraton Park at 7 to walk over to The Lost Bar, join us if you like
once again, us s names are screwed in the badge line
Outside the badge area right now, waiting for an Internet connection
Just checked in @ the Sheraton, anyone else around/ hungry?
Just landed at LAX. Missed the apple news while in the air, catching up now
Sitting at c9 in ohare listening to Steve dahl before we leave
It's far too early to be awake. But must catch plane...
Obama's "$3 million for an overhead projector" is actually an important tool for science education http://is.gd/3KAA Nice one, McCain.
Wondering if I should buy a video camera, and if I'd use it enough to make it worth it if I did.
Going to wear my moccasins to Blizzard. But I have a backup plan, in case they don't work out.
Listening to @feliciaday fight with Ustream on The Instance. Funny.
Tons of things I need to and want to do right now, and transcribing an interview isn't one of them. And yet...
Wait, I just looked up moccasins, and apparently they're supposed to be slippers. But these have rubber soles -- can I wear them outside?
on a whim (and a sale), I bought some moccasins from LL Bean. That's right, moccasins.
Back from helping some kids write their mysteries. I was such a voracious reader at their age, that stuff all came way too easy for me.
Heroes is doing well this season, I think. It's not classic TV or anything, but I'm into it.
Listening to Twisted Nether while writing up Guildwatch.
Just the fact that Molyneaux is asking for special considerations on the reviews has me worried about Fable 2.
Man I'm tired. Good thing this is going to be a slow week. Oh wait.
Listening to DJ Z-trip's Obama Mix: http://is.gd/3r4I
Here's that announcement I mentioned earlier: http://is.gd/3Fi6 You get it early, twitterers. See you at BlizzCon!
hilarious http://tinyurl.com/4ybadz Didn't think that video could get any better but there you go.
